Executing  Ideas

I think that we are all afraid of someone executing 
an idea that we don’t agree with.
 
How do we tell when someone has stopped thinking and has started executing an idea?
 
When they stop saying “I think” .
 
I think that when we execute an idea we kill off all the rest.
