Separate OUR behaviour from the recurring of problem

Q: How do I deal with the recurring problem?
Get an agreement with this person.

  1. and if I am the one I have the problem with – then I guess I need to get the agreement with myself!

    i.e. i have a problem with my own behaviour….but i try not beat up on myself by separating my problem from my behaviour.

      My problem is not getting an agreement before my problem starts

      Rethink Perfect is the agreement proposal to prevent my poblem
