We have finally come up with a value statement with balls.
Our new startup, called Pablow API, in which we are about to pitch at the QUTBlueBox
Innovation Challenge today, has been given its value statement and that is:

That we agree to stand up for people that “step up” regardless of their delivery or content.
ie That we appreciate, acknowledge and agree with their stepping up but not
necessarily with the content or delivery.

Using Rethink Perfect, we are determined to create a safe environment for our team to
step up. Stepping up can be asking a question, dissenting, retorting, disputing, creating,
proposing, endorsing, etc etc.

Standing up for stepping up is our simple way of doing this and building our whole team around this premise.
